Cherie, originally from southern Louisiana, relocated to New Mexico in 2022. She is a proud mother of one daughter and a loving Grammy to one granddaughter. Cherie enjoys traveling, biking, kayaking, and hiking with her dog, Scout. She is currently studying Hospitality and Tourism at CNM and spends her free time exploring the Southwest. Cherie also serves on the Board of Trustees for Greenfield Children’s Home in Roatan, Honduras, and volunteers at Loving Thunder Therapeutic Riding in Rio Rancho. Her favorite travel destinations include Costa Rica, Utah, and Alaska.
